Magnum Capital-backed Belmont Corporate Services to acquire Rich Audience.

Belmont Corporate Services, a portfolio company of the Iberian private equity firm Magnum Capital, agreed to acquire Rich Audience, a European marketplace. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal creates the leading Spanish-speaking adtech giant, with net sales of €130m a year, global reach and a strategic positioning across the entire ecosystem value chain.
