Hangzhou Honghua Digital Technology completed the acquisition of TEXPA.

Hangzhou Honghua Digital Technology, a company specializes in the research and development, manufacture and sale of digital inkjet printing technology and equipment and related services, completed the acquisition of TEXPA, a manufacturer of fully automatic machines for cutting, sewing, folding and packaging home textiles. Financial terms were not disclosed.
