Nalka-backed Asker Healthcare Group completed the acquisition of Heintel Gruppe.

Nalka-backed Asker Healthcare Group, a provider of medical supplies, devices and equipment, completed the acquisition of Heintel Gruppe, a distributor of medical supplies, devices and equipment in Austria. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are proud to have been entrusted to continue to develop this highly reputable company that has been owned and managed by the same family for more than 100 years.
