Pexco completed the acquisition of Performance Plastics.

Pexco, a North American specialty plastics manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Performance Plastics, a company which designs & manufactures injection molded high-performance plastics parts for aerospace/defense, medical, and energy. Fiancial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to bring our expertise to the Pexco family.
