Main Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Wanko and FleetGO.

Main Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Wanko, a provider of logistics software services, and FleetGO, a provider of high-end telematics services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We look forward to this partnership with Main Capital Partners as we plan to further strengthen the market leading positions of both FleetGO and Wanko and build a leading European logistics software group.
