GOLDBECK SOLAR completed the acquisition of North American business unit from GP JOULE.

GOLDBECK SOLAR, an energy equipment and solutions provider, completed the acquisition of North American business unit from GP JOULE, a solar energy firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
