Oxford Industries, an apparel manufacturing company, completed the acquisition of Johnny Was, an operator of a fashion brand intended to serve women, from Endeavour Capital, a private equity firm, for $270m. “We are delighted to be joining Oxford and their amazing portfolio of lifestyle brands.
