Vista Equity Partners, an American investment firm, completed the acquisition of KnowBe4, the provider of the world’s largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform, from KKR, an investment company, and Elephant Partners, a venture capital firm, for $4.6bn. “Today’s announcement is a testament to the success of our strategy and the strength of our incredible team.
