Altor-backed Nordic Climate Group, a provider of cooling, heating and energy-efficient systems, agreed to acquire MV-Jäähdytys, a Finland-based independent supplier of heating and cooling services, including installation, maintenance, and repairs for cooling and heating systems and industrial kitchens.
