Epiroc to acquire a 53% stake in Radlink.

Epiroc, a manufacturer of mining and infrastructure equipment, agreed to acquire a 53% stake in Radlink, a company that provides mines with wireless connectivity solutions. Financial terms are not disclosed. “Radlink’s powerful network connectivity solutions will support Epiroc as we continue to provide mining companies with automation and digital solutions that make operations safer and more efficient.
