Venue Digital Technology to acquire eBet from Tabcorp for $41m.

Venue Digital Technology, a company led by former Tabcorp executive Frank Makryllos, agreed to acquire eBet, a supplier of loyalty and tracking systems to gaming venues, from Tabcorp, Australia's largest gambling company, for $41m. "The transactions announced today allows us to simplify our Gaming Services business as we pivot to an integrity services model," Adam Rytenskild, Tabcorp Managing Director and CEO.
