CLdN, a ferry operator, agreed to acquire Seatruck Ferries, a freight-only ferry company, from Clipper Group, an international shipping group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted with the agreement, which is in line with our overall strategy of expanding current trades and developing new routes.
