Advent completed the investment in Wagas.

Synopsis

Advent, a US-based buyout firm, completed the investment in Wagas, a Chinese healthy food and bakery chain. Financial terms were not disclosed. Wagas, which had been looking to offload its business since last year, was reportedly looking to hit nearly $188m in sales.
