Novacap-backed Spectrum Health Care completed the acquisition of Visavie.

Novacap-backed Spectrum Health Care, a provider of home health care and senior companionship services, completed the acquisition of Visavie, a seniors’ services provider headquartered in Montreal, Quebec. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased to welcome Visavie to the Spectrum family.
