Starsight Energy to merge with SolarAfrica.

Synopsis

Starsight Energy, an energy-as-a-service provider, agreed to merge with SolarAfrica, a solar company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The merger will create the first truly Pan-African renewable energy services provider which will be well positioned to serve an even wider range of clients with a comprehensive mix of renewable energy solutions.
