Mindful Capital Partners-backed Italker completed the acquisition of Ceramica Fondovalle from Effebi and Excavazioni Industriali Baroni.

Mindful Capital Partners, a private equity-backed Italker, a manufacturer of ceramic products, completed the acquisition of Ceramica Fondovalle, a ceramics company, from Effebi, a ball valves producer, and Excavazioni Industriali Baroni, a supplier of clay and raw materials for ceramics manufacturing. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the acquisition of Fondovalle, Italcer strengthens at the top of a sector in which Italy is itself a world leader. Italcer Group has organic growth and growth through external lines in its DNA, ever since Graziano Verdi with Alberto Forchielli gave life to this innovation hub.
