Sesa-backed Var Group completed the acquisition of Alfasap from Alfagroup.

Sesa-backed Var Group, an Italian Group in the field of value-added IT solutions for business segment, completed the acquisition of Alfasap, a software company, from Alfagroup, a privately owned financial investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
