FW Thorpe completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in SchahlLED Lighting for €15m.

FW Thorpe, a United Kingdom-based company, which specializes in designing and manufacturing professional lighting equipment, completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in SchahlLED Lighting, a turnkey provider of intelligent energy saving lighting products for the industrial and logistics sector, for €15m. The acquisition is expected to enhance earnings per share in the financial year ending 30 June 2023, solidifying our business in Germany and providing further growth opportunities.
