Evolution Data Centres and Warburg Pincus to form a joint venture.

Evolution Data Centres, a disruptive data centre developer, and Warburg Pincus, a private equity firm, agreed to form a joint venture for the development of sustainable hyper-scale data centres in the fast-growing cloud markets within Southeast Asia. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am delighted to announce our new partnership with Warburg Pincus.
