AEW Energie, a solar energy company, completed the acquisition of a 32.94% stake in AZOWO, a platform operator for digital solutions in the market for connected mobility. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Ideal prerequisites for being able to offer the various customer groups new, integrated mobility solutions together with AZOWO," Marc Ritter, AEW Energie CEO.
