Celero Commerce completed the acquisition of Community Bankers Merchant Services.

Celero Commerce, a top ten non-bank payment processor, completed the acquisition of Community Bankers Merchant Services, a provider of electronic transaction processing. Financial terms were not disclosed. “For three decades, the CBMS team has supported their bank partners’ growth through industry-leading service and support.
