Torrent Pharma to acquire Curatio Health from Sequoia Capital for $245m.

Torrent Pharma, an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company, agreed to acquire Curatio Health, a dermatology company, from Sequoia Capital, a venture capital firm, for $245m. The acquisition offers Torrent the opportunity to enhance its presence in dermatology with a differentiated portfolio and is a strong strategic fit.
