Eagle Merchant Partners completed the acquisition of Puget Collision.

Eagle Merchant Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Puget Collision, a service provider of 9 collision repair shops operating in the CARSTAR and Fix Auto franchise systems. Financial terms were not disclosed.
