Wren House Infrastructure and Kuwait Investment Authority completed the acquisition of a 12% stake in Zorlu Enerji and a majority stake in ZES for $100m.

Wren House Infrastructure, a London-based captive global infrastructure investment manager, and Kuwait Investment Authority, a sovereign wealth fund, completed the acquisition of a 12% stake in Zorlu Enerji, a natural gas distribution company, and a majority stake in ZES, a renewable energy semiconductor manufacturing company, for $100m.
