AmericaNet completed the acquisition of ISP Opyt.

AmericaNet, a São Paulo-based internet service provider, completed the acquisition of ISP Opyt, a broadband firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Opyt was founded in 2006 under the Nemesis brand. In 2017, the company pivoted its business and started to invest in the deployment of fiber-based broadband.
