AIA to acquire MediCard Philippines.

AIA, a Hong Kong-based American multinational insurance and finance corporation, agreed to acquire MediCard Philippines, a health maintenance organisations. Financial terms were not disclosed. “MediCard is a leading health maintenance organisation in the Philippines with an established track record of high-quality services and strong brand recognition among customers and providers.
