CloudBees, a provider of software delivery platform for enterprises, completed the acquisition of ReleaseIQ, a provider of software solutions by developing software tools for stream management, delivery platform, deployment frequency, and lead. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The decision to acquire ReleaseIQ was rooted in three core beliefs: choice, visibility and continuous value. First, businesses need to empower developers by providing a choice of tools versus forcing a toolset.
