Innergex Renewable Energy, an independent Canadian renewable power producer, completed the acquisition of the remaining 30.45% stake in the wind portfolio of 16 assets in France for $70m. “This transaction is part of a global strategy to capitalize on rising energy prices and growing demand in the current energy environment in France.
