Arkéa Capital, BNP Paribas and Société Générale completed the acquisition of ACB Group from Andera Partners.

Arkéa Capital, BNP Paribas Développement and Société Générale Capital Partenaires, three investment firms, completed the acquisition of ACB Group, a manufacturer of printed circuit boards, from Andera Partners, an asset management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
