The Vistria Group completed the acquisition of a stake in Flores & Associates from Century Equity Partners.

The Vistria Group, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of a stake in Flores & Associates, a provider of benefit technology solutions and administrative services to employers, from Century Equity Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to work with Jody, Gary, Century and the rest of the Flores team.
