Triton-backed Unident completed the acquisition of Hofmeester.

Triton-backed Unident, a provider of dental services, completed the acquisition of dental equipment providers ADT and Hofmeester. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The new group that Unident will be part of provides us tremendous opportunities to serve current and attract new customers in an even more comprehensive way.
