TESTA Group completed the acquisition of Sorefoz.

TESTA Group, a holding company invested in several business areas, completed the acquisition of Sorefoz, an operator in the distribution of home appliances, telecommunications and micro informatics, in Portugal. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We believe that Sorefoz will continue to innovate and grow in a sustained way, now inserted in a group that has a solid financial structure and a strategy based on a long-term vision," TESTA Group.
