Synopsis

Hero MotoCorp, an Indian multinational motorcycle and scooter manufacturer, ageed to acquire a 6.4% stake in Zero Motorcycles, a bikemaker, $60m. “This investment is not a related party transaction. No promoter/ promoter group/ group companies have any interest in the entity in which the investment is being made," Hero MotoCorp.
