Northern Oil and Gas, an independent energy company, completed the acquisition of the Delaware Basin non-operated interests of Alpha Energy Partners, an oil and natural gas company, for $155m. “These assets are poised to deliver substantial growth over the coming years, with some of the lowest cost inventory we have acquired, tied to our top operators in the Permian.
