Saxo.com completed the acquisition of Chapter from Gyldendal.

Saxo.com, an operator of online bookstore, completed the acquisition of Chapter, a streaming service firm, from Gyldendal, a publishing house. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The sale to Saxo is pleasing for Chapter's customers and ensures them a long-term, stable and competitive service," Hanne Salomonsen, Gyldendal CEO.
