Max Solutions completed the acquisition of Ellis Group.

Max Solutions, a differentiated specialty packaging company, completed the acquisition of Ellis Group, a Canada’s family owned and operated folding carton company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited about this acquisition. The Ellis Group will provide state-of-the-art technology for our customers and augment our offerings geographically.
