Clairvest and OMERS-backed NovaSource Power, a provider of solar operations and maintenance services, completed the acquisition of the Australian O&M assets of First Solar, a firm that designs and manufactures solar photovoltaic panels, modules, and systems for use in utility-scale development projects.
