Aukera, a firm that specialises in renewable investments and development in Europe, agreed to acquire a 1k MW solar PV portfolio of projects from securenergy solutions, a firm engaged in the generation of energy through photovoltaic systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The agreement with securenergy for 1k MW Solar PV projects marks another step in our commitment to contribute to the energy security in Europe via sustainable renewable energy. It also highlights the importance of the German renewable market for our growth strategy. We aim to expand our presence and pipeline in Germany," Pascal Emsens, Aukera Co-Founder.
