Ufenau Capital Partners to acquire Marktest.

Ufenau Capital Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Marktest, a market research company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Strongly positioned in Portugal and operating in +30 countries, Marktest is highly experienced in market and media research as well as in developing hardware and software.
