Naxicap Partners-backed Ceres Pharma to acquire Dacia Plant.

Naxicap Partners-backed Ceres Pharma, a Belgian based dynamic and fast growing pharmaceutical company, agreed to acquire Dacia Plant, a firm active in the development, production and distribution of qualitative and innovative natural food supplements and vitamins. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am very happy that we have come to an agreement with Dacia Plant. This acquisition fits perfectly within Ceres Pharma’s women and family health strategy. The demand for natural products is growing everywhere.
