Gincor Werx completed the acquisition of Drivetec Manufacturing.

Gincor Werx, a manufacturer of vocational severe-service vehicles, completed the acquisition of Drivetec Manufacturing, a hydraulic equipment supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed.
