Green Arrow Capital to acquire a majority stake in Richetti.

Green Arrow Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Richetti, a manufacturer of chilled and frozen snacks serving the food service and retail channels. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Richetti is strongly rooted in its territories.
