Andera Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Groupe Ozitem, a computer consultant in Levallois-Perret, France. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are particularly pleased to allow François Espieux and his team, whom we have been following for several years, to become 100% shareholders in their company. This transaction is intended to give them the means to accelerate the great momentum they have achieved during this period with new businesses and new types of clients," Laurent Fichter, Andera Partner.
