TA Associates, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Palisade Software, a risk and decision management software, from Thompson Street Capital Partners, a St. Louis-based private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Palisade has created an undisputed leadership position with their application @RISK by providing users in diverse industries with innovative quantitative analytics solutions. @RISK and the Palisade suite of applications add-in to Microsoft Excel, providing critical insights for decision makers at every level.
