Strix Group to acquire Billi from Castik Capital-backed Waterlogic for $43m.

Strix Group, a provider of kettle safety controls and other components, agreed to acquire Billi, a brand in Australia for the supply of premium instant boiling, chilled and sparkling filtered water systems, from Castik Capital-backed Waterlogic, an innovative designer, manufacturer, distributor and service provider of drinking water dispensers, for $43m. Until completion of the divestiture, Billi will continue to operate business as usual, delivering exceptional service for customers, supporting their teams, and executing on their 2022 operating plans.
