EQT-backed EdgeConneX, a global data center provider, and Aboitiz InfraCapital, the infrastructure arm of the Aboitiz Group, one of the Philippines’ leading conglomerates, agreed to form a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. "There is great excitement about the partnership and the incredible market opportunity the partnership enables.
