Walmart to acquire Alert Innovation.

Walmart, an American multinational retail corporation, agreed to acquire Alert Innovation, an e-grocery fulfillment automation company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am proud that Alert Innovation is one of the most innovative and capable automation companies in operation today.
