ASSA ABLOY completed the acquisition of Bird Home Automation.

ASSA ABLOY, a Swedish conglomerate whose offerings include products and services related to locks, doors, gates, and entrance automation, completed the acquisition of Bird Home Automation, a German manufacturer of high-quality IP door intercom for single and multi-family buildings.
