Brookfield to invest $2bn in Primary Wave Music.

Brookfield Asset Management, a Canadian multinational company that is one of the world's largest alternative investment management companies, agreed to invest $2bn in Primary Wave Music, an independent publisher of iconic and legendary music in the world. "We are thrilled to deliver a comprehensive capital solution to Larry and the team at Primary Wave to support their continued acquisition of the world’s most iconic music IP.
