TricorBraun to acquire Gläser & Flaschen.

TricorBraun, a global packaging firm, agreed to acquire Gläser & Flaschen, a German glass packaging distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Gläser & Flaschen has built a strong business known for its quality, innovation, and technical expertise.
